Responsibilities
- Perform the full cycle Sales Operation
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary
- Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports
Requirements
- Diploma holder with 1 to 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience required
- Provide admin support and ad hoc tasks when is required
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel
- Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Able to work independently
