JOB SUMMARY
Manages the day-to-day operation of the accounting. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, audit and control, and owner reporting.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Oversee Accounts Payable and ensure timeliness and accuracy in invoice/payment processing to vendors, staff.
· Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Financial Statements/Accounting Close.
· Handle period-end activities, ensure timely and follow up on GRIR, Bank Clearing, open Balance Sheets items.
· Handle audit queries independently
· Cash/Bank Handling (if needed)
· Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures and policies.
· Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
To be successful in the role, you should have:
· 8+ years of Finance experience.
· Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent qualified
· Self-motivated, meticulous, and analytical person
· Good understanding of Singapore Financial reporting standards and International financial reporting standards
· Team player
· Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
· Proficient in MS Office applications
· Support Director in accounting operations with company's financial strategy.
