About the Team:

Monetization Integrity is a global team responsible for ensuring that all monetized creativity on TikTok is safe, ethical, and high quality. The team aims to deliver innovative solutions to improve the advertiser experience and manage risks on TikTok. The global Monetization Integrity (MI) team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The HRBP Leader role will actively participate as a valued member of the global management team and be responsible for translating business priorities into talent, engagement, and organization plans that impact the wider organization. This role is expected to partner with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to drive change in talent and business strategies. The Leader will hire, manage, and grow other HR members.


Responsibilities:

- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.

- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.

- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.

- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.

- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and overseeing the formal performance review and calibration process.

- Mentor HRBP Team members on employee development best practices to support business needs.

- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.

- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees.

- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.


Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.

- 5+ years of experience in leadership and people management.

- Experience in project management, change management, and independent program driving.

- Experience in data analysis, data management, and decision-making based on data.

- Experience in interpersonal communication and relationship building with organizations at all levels.

- Experience in the adaptation of working styles to fit the needs of the teams.

- Knowledge of technology or Internet business.

- Experience in helping global organizations scale.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent years of HR-related experience.
