Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll schedules
- Validate monthly payroll submissions ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with local legislation and corporate policy
- Manage the day-to-day operations of admin office and inter-departments
- Liaison with inter-departments on necessary work coordination
- Maintain and upkeep proper office filings and documentations
- Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
- Handling of foreign workers MOM related matters
- Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to offboarding Manpower forecasting
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
- good in written communication
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
- Familiar with Info-tech system
