Admin cum Human Resource Executive

Hansfort Pte. Ltd.

Working Hours: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 6:15pm)

Working Location: Boon Lay

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office’s day to day HR & administrative related work duties
  • Prepare and maintain monthly payroll schedules
  • Validate monthly payroll submissions ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with local legislation and corporate policy
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of admin office and inter-departments
  • Liaison with inter-departments on necessary work coordination
  • Maintain and upkeep proper office filings and documentations
  • Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
  • Handling of foreign workers MOM related matters
  • Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to offboarding Manpower forecasting
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field
  • good in written communication
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
  • Familiar with Info-tech system
