Operations & Customer Service Executive (Northeast & Southeast Asia)
Working Day: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: Basic $3800 - $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Job Description
- Improve operational systems & processes in support of business objective
- Prepare management reports, manage information flow, business process & planning
- Manage and improve effectiveness & efficiency of the office operational needs and support services including IT
- Participate in long-term planning including operational excellence
- Preparation of monthly sales report, sales forecast, budget & monthly Supply Chain Management planning submission
- All customer service functions to our distributors and stakeholders
- Serve as primary liaison, interface & communication channel between Customer Service team in Germany, distributors and regional sales teams
- Manage sample order and shipments (from Germany & out to distributors/endusers)
- Supporting the needs of the Sales and Marketing departments in marketing events such as trade shows, seminars, roadshows, and others to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.
- All other duties as delegated by the Manager
Required qualifications
- Degree in business management, business adminstration or equivalent
- Strong in MS excel with professional certification
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- At least 5 years relevant working experience
