Responsibilities
- Responsible to monitor project progress and schedule
- Preparation of quotation and costing for management approval
- Coordinate with various departments throughout the whole project to ensure smooth flow of schedules and meeting of deadlines
- Attend site meeting, resolve site problems and conduct site inspections
- Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during project
- Leads and manages timely procurement for all permits required by regulatory authorities
- Brief and follow up with designers for final artwork (FA).
- Prepare a brief form and liaise with the in-house production team on specific requirements.
- Brief installers on execution specifications.
- Conduct on-site inspection to ensure the project is completed on schedule.
- Attend project meetings in the client's office and at the project site.
- Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and report to the Project Manager/ Project Director to proceed with invoicing.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum O Level / Skilled certificate or equivalent
- Experience from construction / project management / signage industry will be an advantage
- With initiative, able to work as an individual and communicate well; negotiating abilities
- Overall team player
- Knowledge in reading floor plan, Auto Cad drawings
- Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
