Responsibilities
• Create and set up rehearsal schedules
• Photography skill is a must
• Managing furniture and props
• Make alterations to the set and props between scene changes
• Source potential candidates from various channels - must have existing and active connections with Thailand, Vietnam and Korea candidates
• Create a risk assessment to ensure the safety of the full company
• Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances
• Interview candidates (in-person - in Thailand, Vietnam and Korea)
• Working hours are from 9pm to 5am
Requirements and skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High standard of organisational and communication skills
• Must have existing and active connections with Thailand, Vietnam and Korea candidates
• Problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet
• Travelling to Thailand, Vietnam and Korean is required
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in Thai, Vietnamese and Korean
