Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative works and ad hoc duties
- Data entry, invoicing and filing records
- Handle partial set of account (AP & AR), Bank Reconciliation, Payroll etc
- Key in all accounting transactions into UBS accounting system
- Maintain check in/out record for workers dormitory
- Perform any other related duties as assiged
Requirements
- GCE "O" level with basic accounting knowledge
- 2-3 years working experience preferred
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Knowledge of UBS Accounting will be an advantage
