Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow-up on-day guests arrival
- Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives
- Follow up any undone task by end shift
- Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above
- Conduct and assist guest auto settlement
Job Requirements
- Casino marketing experience preferred
- Minimum of one year customer service experiences in 5 star-hotel
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English, Cantonese is an advantage
- Able to work on shift
