- Manage and oversee the sales and operations, for the region, of aftermarket function
- Align and strategize regional initiatives, projects, campaigns, etc., with the global head in headquarters
- Responsible for the implementation and delivery of regional strategies
- Responsible for the achievements, for the region, in meeting budget targets and objectives
- Development and upskill of staff in regards to technical knowledge, mindset, exposure, etc
- Involve in proactive sales and service of aftermarket products and services
- Ensure customer-oriented availability and standards, and quick delivery time for spares, repairs, field service, etc
- Establish best in class practices and processes for aftermarket sales part operations, controlling, commissioning, repairs, decommissioning, research, etc
- Management of internal and external interfaces for hardware (i.e., pumps, valves, products) and clients, suppliers, vendors, etc
- In charge of business development for the region
- Responsible for planning and reporting of regional budgets, ROI, target achievements, KPIs, objectives, etc
- Build stronger and positive partnership with all internal and external cross-border stakeholders
- Involve in other high level ad-hoc work requirements
