Overview of the role
- We are seeking a bright individual to support our Global Loans and Global Markets practice immediately.
- You will assist on legal research work, drafting, and other ad-hoc and legal adminstrative tasks assigned.
- This is a 3-month contract (renewable subject to business needs and performance) and we will require the individual to commit to the full contractual duration.
Qualifications
- LL.B Hons degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in legal assistance.
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols.
Essential skills
- Ability to multitask to complete all matters punctually.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, format) and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Adherence to maintaining confidential and sensitive information and display sound judgment.
