Job Description
- Provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
- Be familiar in all service techniques.
- Assist in all pre-opening / closing duties.
- Ensure proper set up of tables and cleanliness of cutleries.
- Assist in greeting and seating of all customers.
- Be familiar with menu and be aware of current promotions.
- Be constantly positive and cheerful and be willing to assist all customers.
- Present checks in an appropriate and timely manner.
- To obtain feedback from customers and forward them to the attention of superiors.
- Report problems in a timely manner.
- Be familiar with Club rules, procedures and operating hours.
- Carry out any duties that may be assigned to you from your superiors.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum "O" Levels and equivalent
Experience
- 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Able to work long hours and on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and another language.
