Primary Functions:
· Develop and execute company-wide strategies for the following areas.
o Cyber Security.
o New business promoted by the parent company in Japan.
· Product management for the business of key suppliers
o Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
o Building good relation ship with executives and key person of the suppliers.
· Establish service business for Netpoleon future growth.
o Cyber Security.
o New business promoted by collaborating with parent company in Japan.
· Develop and nurture strong relationships with key resellers in region.
· Enhance regional digital marketing.
o Develop and execute regional marketing strategy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including parent company in Japan to promote company strategy.
Requirements:
· +10 years’ experience in enterprise cyber security.
· Self-motivated and well networked.
· Minimum Diploma, Bachelor or Degree in Business will be preferable
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills on all levels of an organization.
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to keep up ever changing priorities with effective time management skills
· A results-oriented person with drive and tenacity
· Good understanding of how to manage relationships with suppliers and partners especially management level to ensure a profitable collaboration
