Clinic Assistant (PTL Spine & Orthopaedics)

Job Description


  • Assist in booking of appointments, billing, checking patient's details using Clinic Assist software
  • Assist in booking of radiology scans, operating theatre, ward and other related bookings
  • Submission of claims through various insurance portals
  • Standing in as a chaperone and assist the doctor during patient consultations


Requirements


  • Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills, able to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior experience in clinic would be an advantage
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm), Sat (8:30am - 1pm)
  • Job Environment: Small and cohesive team.
