Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: $2200 - $2500
Working Location: Loyang
Working Hours: (Mon-Fri) 9am to 6pm, (Alternate Sat) 9am to 12.30pm
As a company that provides packaging solutions for dangerous goods, likely has a customer service team that plays an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities
• Handle indoor sales enquiries
• Liaising with Operation team for shipments arrangement
• Communicating with customers. Resolving customer issues
• Preparation of shipping documentation and other relevant documentation pertaining to export
• Other ad-hoc jobs
Requirements
• Able to work as a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Ability to learn and adapt new changes
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office
