Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust business strategy for MyScale in Singapore, ensuring alignment with our global vision. Drive sustainable growth while maintaining agility and innovation.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the AI and tech industry.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations while ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Streamline processes using AI-driven insights.
Team Building and Management: Assemble and lead a high-performing team. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure profitability and financial health of the Singapore operations.
Market Expansion: Drive market penetration and brand positioning in the Singaporean and Southeast Asian markets. Keep abreast of regional trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the AI, tech, or SaaS sectors. Strong understanding of the Singaporean and Southeast Asian business landscape.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical background in AI or related fields. Visionary leadership with a track record of fostering innovation and growth.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. Additional qualifications in AI or Data Science are a plus.
