Job Description:
· Obtain quotation for minor repairs
· Manage vendors and contractors
· To conduct daily inspection on cleaners, security and technicians and report on their performances.
· Ensure that the term contractors carry out the preventive maintenance works according to schedules, scope of works and KPIs.
· Ensure compliance to Statutory and Regulatory requirements
· Ensure that operational efficiency and service quality standard are achieved through best practices and cost efficiencies bench-marked to industry standard
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years relevant working experience
