Job Description
1. Responsible for managing Tencent overseas game data analysis, finding game problems through data extraction, analysis and insight, and helping game intelligent decision-making.
2. Responsible for the construction of overseas game data analysis system, including event tracking, log reporting, game indicators, real-time driven applications, etc.
3. Responsible for game operation effect analysis, including: retention loss analysis, payment analysis, function and game play analysis, user satisfaction survey, etc.
Job Requirements
1. Possesses experience in data analysis team management, have analytical experience in the industry, and have excellent ability to work with the team.
2. Sensitive to data, strong critical thinking and data analysis ability, big data comparison and processing experience.
3. Proficient in EXCEL, experience in big data tools (SQL, HIVE, Flink) and analysis tools (SPSS, Tableau, etc.).
4. Love games, strong execution and communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, hard-working, initiative and sense of responsibility.
