Job Description
- Position: Sales Manager
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,200 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and challenges.
- Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the capabilities of the sales team and improve overall sales performance.
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of prior experience as a Sales Manager.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or construction sector is required.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
