Job Description:
- must posses CEI certification and preferably from an recruitment agency background
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identify potiential customer
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Preferably with class 3 lisence would be an added advantage
Requirements:
1) Certification in CEI
2) Must be a good communicator
3) Willing to take up chanllenges and meet targets
4) Preferrably to have atleast 2+ years experience preferably from a Recruitment agency background
6) Preferably with class 3 license
