Job Description
- Perform construction planning, and coordination with clients, sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities on all project aspects.
- Assist project manager/site manager in the preparation of reports.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage civil and structural works of a project.
- Prepare, monitor, and review site work programs.
- Lead and resolve all on-site technical and engineering matters
- Ensure that works are performed to meet the company's ISO standard and contractual requirements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirement
- Possess a recognized degree in civil engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Possess the full knowledge and experience in organizing, managing and execute civil works.
- Able to comprehend all technical elements, such as BIM, drawing and specifications.
- Assignment location is at Ang Mo Kio area.
