Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate & process customers' order.
- Work closely with various departments to resolve customer related issues.
- Assist with procurement activities where necessary.
- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by Head of Department.
Requirement
- Required to work during weekends and Public Holiday,
- Shift work
- Self-driven, meticulous and a team player to meet tight timeline,
- Work experience from F&B industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong command of both Mandarin & English in order to converse effectively.
