- experience in quantitworky take off for civil engineering construction works
- contract administration including request for quotation, tender submission, etc
- site measurement for preparation and submission of monthly progress claims
- Minimum 3 years experience in road construction
Managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction project.
. Manage the costs on a construction project. Must help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
. Preparing of tender and contracts documents.
. Carrying out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and writing reports, finding out the client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
· Take off quantity for tender & on-going projects
· Handle progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
· Negotiation of price with suppliers and sub-contractors, including of awarding sub-contract agreement
· To attend tender interviews, site show-rounds and liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payments.
