THE ROLE
- Day to day site supervision
- Able to effectively understand 2D, 3D and detailed drawings
- Liase and coordinate with subcontractors for daily site work
- To prepare & submit weekly progress reports
- To manage project and ensure successful completion
- Working in team with sales designer.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least 2 years experience in construction/engineering/interior design related field
- Design-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent team player, independent and creative-driven
- Familiar with clear documentation and organisation of all work documents
- Able to implement top-level instructions from senior executives, and ensure professional conducts
- Diploma/Degree in construction/engineering
- Understanding designer's requirements prior to commencement of site supervision
- Familiar with structural and architectural drawings
- Familiar with BCA regulations
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and Sketchup
- Independent, Accountable.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Interior design: 2 years (Preferred)

- Familiar with interior materials, furnishing, accessories and artwork
