Qualifications:
Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and IT security.
Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Knowledge of IT best practices and the ability to contribute to IT projects.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly and efficiently.
System Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and networks.
Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data.
User Assistance:
Assist end-users with software and hardware issues, providing guidance and solutions.
Conduct training sessions to enhance end-users' IT proficiency.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware inventory and software licenses.
Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
IT Projects:
Collaborate with IT team members on various projects, contributing to the planning, implementation, and completion of IT initiatives.
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new software and hardware.
Security Compliance:
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and implement measures to safeguard data and systems.
Monitor and report on security vulnerabilities, taking proactive steps to address potential risks.
