Award winning fine dining restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the executive kitchen team.
As an established and recognised brand in the Hosptitality scene in Singapore, we are looking for a talented and exceptional leader to work alongside the Head Chef to build and take our team to the next level.
As Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing all operations in the kitchen. He/She will assist in the execution of the award winning menu.
To be considered for the position of Sous Chef you must have held a previous Senior chef position in a fine dining establihsment, preferably with Michelin background or equivilant.
You must have strong leadership skills and be able to lead by example. Knoweldge in all sections of the kitchen a must. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and exceptionally high standards
