- Oversee the Marketing and CRM team, offering support and coaching to accomplish assigned tasks effectively.
- Oversee allocation of resources and the marketing budget while taking charge of devising, executing, monitoring, and evaluating the marketing plan's outcomes. Drive lead generation for sales and purchases and spearhead enhancements and improvements in marketing strategies.
- Manage the company's website, social media, and mobile app maintenance, ensuring alignment with set standards.
- Mentor and train the internal marketing and CRM team, working within budget constraints to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Strategize and execute online and offline campaigns, activities, and launches to acquire and retain customers, while handling media, advertising, and PR to bolster brand awareness.
- Track and analyze results, ensuring compliance across all processes and maintaining showroom and marketing collateral adherence to company standards.
- Submit marketing forecasts, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, and surpass expectations during principal audits.
- Enhance customer experience and touchpoints, deliver marketing presentations to stakeholders/principals, and negotiate with staff/vendors/suppliers.
- Plan marketing calendars in line with shifting market requirements, demonstrating adaptability, and arrange staff engagement sessions for effective team communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, digital marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of marketing-related experience, with experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Innovative with creative flair, resourceful, proactive, and a good team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing concurrent projects to meet deadlines
