Our Client is looking to hire an executive assistant
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and draft documents/information to support the needs of the department.
- Schedule and plan meetings to manage leader’s calendar
- Consolidate reports/presentation by formatting and editing
- Collect and analyze data in order to prepare reports
- Utilize electronic and paper filing systems to maintain proper records of important information/document
- Format, edit, and distribute minutes of meetings
- Organize and schedule departmental project activities
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions and distributing them as needed
- Coordinate and notify with stakeholders and staff of deadlines to ensure timely completion of set objectives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for assessment and review
- Support projects and initiatives of the department
- Provide general administrative support
Preferred Background:
- Proven experience, preferably within MNC environment
- Able to support multiple stakeholders
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and deliver results
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and other MS applications
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priority
- Able to meet the deadlines in a fast paced and quickly changing environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
