Job Description:
- Reply emails, phone calls, and walk-ins enquiries
- Schedule and prepare class attendance for commencement
- Maintain student records
- Organise logistics matters
- Plan events for students or team members
- Train new team members
- Maintain Bunka’s social media pages
- Other administrative matters or duties to ensure that the school operates smoothly.
Job Requirements:
- Is fun and energetic
- Interested in Japanese culture
- Has experience in Customer Service
- Possess a strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Possess good administrative skills
- Has knowledge in MS Office, Google Drive, One Drive
- Takes initiative and pride in your work
- Able to answer phone, email or walk-in enquiries appropriately
- Able to adapt to changes
- Looks forward to sharing and gain knowledge, and contribute ideas to the company
- Is tech-savvy
- Able to speak basic Japanese (optional)
- Able to do graphic design/ animated videos (optional)
Working hours:
- Mon - Fri 10am to 7pm
- Some Saturdays or Sundays 10am to 5:30pm
