Development and application of bakery & confectionery ingredients
New Product development
Sensory Evaluation and data analysis
Work closely with other departments to ensure products meet customer's requirements
Provide technical support to sales and business development teams
Able to travel
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology
Experience in bakery application
Language skill - English and Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsible, self-motivated, committed and enthusiastic in assigned tasks
Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
