We are looking to hire a Head of Operations who in keen to manage our production and post department.
The person must be:
1) experienced in producing films or videos and have worked with other companies in this area.
2) mature and keen to teach, train and guide the new members on their productions.
3) organised and passionate about managing logistic, crew and cost etc.
4) able to multitask and handle different teams and projects at the same time
5) interested to work from the office to manage the teams going outdoor or overseas
6) able to write and speak well
7) a people person and able to work with everyone and a team player
Job Scope:
1) Manage the producton and post department and ensure that productions run properly.
2) Allocate resources accordingly and oversee all budgets.
3) Able to run the operations of the company.
4) Work with freelancers and have contacts to them.
5) Able to work and train new and young production members.
