Job Description:
- Assist HR Technology Manager in HR Digital Transformation within the Human Resource Technology team.
- Implement SAP SuccessFactors and new tech like Robotic Process Automation and AI Chatbots with the HR team.
- Ensure comprehensive user understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, managing change for smooth onboarding and system use.
- Manage issue escalation, evaluate change requests for SAP systems, and collaborate with stakeholders for evolving business needs.
- Contribute to Central Administration, offering configuration, troubleshooting, and business support for SAP SuccessFactors.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or IT with minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in HR.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, adept at both team and independent work.
- Self-driven with proactive task completion and project timeline oversight.
- Resourceful, analytical, results-oriented, and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECC HCM advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
