(i) Collate and organise the list of cases or works to be carried out by the AMI(Advanced Metering infrastructure) Contractor’s personnel on a daily basis;
(ii) Prepare the job vouchers containing the relevant work or case details, such as the premises address and alert type, and the necessary advisory letters (if applicable), for each case or work order;
(iii) Distribute the job vouchers to the AMI Contractor’s field teams to carry out the works;
iv) Collate and organise the completed job vouchers received from the AMI Contractor’s field teams after the completion of the works;
(v) Update the database or files used by the AMI Contractor to track and monitor the status of the work orders; and
(vi) Any other administrative tasks determined by the Board to be necessary for the completion of the work orders.
