Drive the successful change and communication initiatives for strategic program of work, known as “Eastspring3.0”. Eastspring3.0 is focused on building a data driven organisation. This role is accountable for the following:
Develop and execute change management strategies to support Eastspring3.0
- Develop and execute the Change Management plan for Eastspring3.0.
- Collaborate with the program leads to identify appropriate change management interventions based on a change impact analysis.
- Co-ordinate business change champions and stakeholders and lead activity and progress reporting.
Manage the development and coordination of communication activities for Eastspring3.0.
- Develop and execute a Communications and Engagement Plan for Eastspring3.0.
- Perform a stakeholder mapping exercise, including activities to test the perception of success of the stakeholders and soundness of relationships.
- Perform an assessment of the current program communications and identify areas of opportunity to increase stakeholder engagement and improve the understanding of the objectives and benefits of Eastspring3.0.
- Be responsible for creating impactful, engaging, and informative digital assets and training materials.
Manage the development and coordination of training activities for Eastspring3.0.
- Key Develop and execute a Training Plan for Eastspring3.0.
- Perform and training needs analysis to determine the appropriate approach across the stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate the development of training materials and prepare supporting digital assets.
- Responsibilities include:Articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience comprising of senior leaders and end users; be able to “translate” project and technical terms into business language.
- Analysis of existing communications channels and identification of other channels to increase awareness of the program and improve effectiveness of communications (e.g., department meetings, group or corporate townhalls etc.).
- Develop and distribute various communications collateral to articulate the program objectives, progress, and benefits to different stakeholder groups, leveraging a variety of multi-media. Examples include news articles, general slides for audiences (such as governance forums, leadership teams, townhalls), infographics, videos, online demos, online and in-person events, general emails.
- Manage and maintain the Eastspring3.0 intranet page.
- Design, manage and maintain a repository of FAQs and Business Glossary.
- Design and execute events (demos, training, team events) as necessary.
- Collaborate with the various teams within Eastspring3.0 (e.g., Data, Innovation and Data Operations) to define change and communication requirements and develop plans, as necessary.
- Manage the positioning (and branding) of the program by articulating key program messages on an ongoing basis, throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Ensure all Eastspring3.0 digital and offline content is aligned and consistent.
- Manage risks, issues and escalations pertaining to communications and change management.
- Update stakeholders with status, changes and help to manage expectations as the central point of contact.
Continually review effectiveness of the Eastspring3.0 program communications collateral and plan and iterate as needed. - Work closely with the Business Manager of the COO function on ad hoc content and deliverables related to Eastspring3.0.
- Undertake communications for the Program Manager and the COO as directed.
- Create and maintain all communication templates (PowerPoint, memos etc).

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in change communications and change management, within a complex transformation environment.
- Superior written and spoken communications skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple deliverables, with tight timelines.
- Proficiency in creating and editing digital assets using graphic design and multimedia software.
- Hands-on experience in creating communications collateral, and competent in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Strong organisation and analytical skills, with high-level of attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and ability to work in a hybrid-working model.
- Experience in using Unily is helpful but not essential.
- Degree in Business/Finance/HR/Communications/Marketing or related disciplines.
- 8-10 years relevant experience (Consulting/Banking/Asset management desirable).
