- Oversee all HR related matters
- Handling MOM matters including applications and renewal of all Passes
- Handling recruitment and staff matters (employee's records in databse / file)
- Handle worker's departure and arrival including air tickets
- Monitor company's insurance for workers, vehicles and factory
- Preparing payroll for staff and workers including OT
- Handling workers' dormitory
- Administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior
