We are seeking a dynamic individual to join Rémy Cointreau’s subsidiary in Singapore as Merchandising Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Remy Cointreau Visual Merchandising in store; assisting Area Managers in the coordination of merchandising activities across all Global travel Retail (GTR) permanent visibility and supporting design development on permanent visibility across GTR projects.
Job Scope
Design & Project Management (70%)
- Implement project request forms (PRF) and project management with Sales Team
- Project management on capex priority and contractor tender
- Rendering changes and revisions for retailer approval
- Invoices tracking versus Capex landing
- Initiate Design suggestion and review PRF with Sales Team
- Co-design development with Brand Team and Commercial
- Timekeeper on projects priority
- Materials sourcing, Shop Fitters coordination
- Meeting presentation: Monthly Sales review by cluster
Merchandising Development (30%)
- Prepare updated merchandising guidelines & visual merchandising book with new launches
- Prepare visual guidelines per Brand according to marketing campaign
- Cost analysis on visual merchandising animation by store and location
- Lead and develop on the Glorifier development and production for both head office and GTR
- Merchandising planogram for POP UP, SIS, Boutique. Wall bay
- Implement the visual merchandising signage communication in store: (Shelf talkers, Glorifier, Visuals…)
- Develop the visual merchandising highlight, newsletter, picture report
- Prepare, maintain & update the database with Box Capture Pictures of all Flagship Doors (Gondolas, Wall Bay) to be integrated into internal App
The ideal candidate will bring to the role:
- At least 6 relevant years of experience in visual merchandising.
- Knowledge of negotiation with suppliers
- Materials and Design expertise to prepare brief for suppliers; follow up on production and quality control report
- Relevant experience in designing retail presentation to Sales team.
- Projects coordination with Shop fitters
- Highly driven, resourceful, and customer-oriented
- Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to execute projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
