RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expert user of automatic precision dispensing equipment and process
- Demonstrate technical expertise, provide consultations in the Dispensing process application and equipment troubleshooting.
- Support launch and qualification of products
- Promote K&S products and services through technical presentations and publications.
- Assess the potential application of the Company’s products to address customer needs.
- Develop insights and understanding of the market and its adjacencies.
- Work with Sales team to formulate, execute evaluation and account penetration plans.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Be the main interconnect between customers and engineering functional teams on key feature enhancements and customers' requests features for continuous solution enhancements.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Self-driven, yet a strong team player who can collaborate across functions and business units.
- Must have a complete understanding of the customer’s overall process and be considered an expert on a specific customer process module.
- Superior troubleshooting skills, combined with a methodical approach and clear communication.
- Well-organized, strong follow-up skills and demonstrates the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Good Knowledge in high precision dispensing processes will be preferred.
- Strong presentation, technical writing & communication skills
- Communication with Mandarin speaking customers is crucial for the role. Mandarin proficiency is a must.
- Ability to travel (could be up to 50% of the time) to support FAE when in the region and obtain customer feedback.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or master's in engineering, Physics, Material Science, or related field preferred
