Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Description:
•Our client is a chain-Japanese restaurant with outlets island wide.
•5 days’ work week
•Assist Restaurant Manager on daily restaurant operations (Hall and Kitchen)
•Involve in Schedule planning and Sales opening and closing.
•Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
•Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
•Responsible in ensuring smooth operating of the restaurant.
•Any other duties assigned by Restaurant Manager.
F&B executive is expected to learn all operation duties, responsibilities to run a smooth operation, possess excellent communication skill with customers and with team members, be a team-player, a respectiul leader, be management-minded – behave like one, walk the talk, be role model to staff and speak like one upon completion of training. You will need to know policies and procedures by hard and execute all checklists and management instructions dutifully.
Requirements
•Diploma / Degree holder or equivalent
•Preferable with 1 years of experience in F&B industry
•Experience in Japanese restaurants is a bonus.
•Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
•Keen interest to learn operational and management skills.
•Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills
•Ability to adapt in fast - paced and fast - changing environment.
•Able to keep up with operations/shift hours, weekends and public holidays included.
•Any other duties as assigned by your superior
