We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our HR team. You will mainly focus on recruitment activities, ensuring the organization has a skilled and engaged workforce. The incumbent collaborates with various departments, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to meet the organization’s talent needs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition:
· Perform full scope of recruitment activities from job posting to screening including onboarding & offboarding
· Source, screen, and interview candidates using effective assessment techniques
· Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure smooth recruitment process
· Coordinate and participate in career fairs and other recruitment activities to generate leads and build employer branding
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
· Execute the onboarding process to ensure positive and seamless experience for new hires
· Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees have the necessary tools and information
· Handle work pass matters including application, issuance, renewals and cancellations
· Ensure proper documentation in the pfile for new hires
· Handle employee general queries on leave, claims etc
· Support the implementation of employee engagement and welfare activities
· Support in HR activities and projects and/or initiatives
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
· At least 2 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
· Strong interpersonal, communications skills, and a team player
· Creative, innovative and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Familiar with Employment Act and Labor Law
