Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):
- Review and comprehend customer build requirement.
- Translate customer requirements and register into SCS systems (PDS, AI, Lot Traveler etc).
- Receive physical wafer from die bank to production floor.
- Schedule NPI lots; ensure smooth movements of NPI lots from lot scheduling to product shipment meet customer requirement.
- System and physical transaction of lots in processes where NPI intervention is required.
- Liaise with operations team on lot movements for standard process.
- Send physical wafer and co-work with shipping for shipment arrangement.
- Collect and compile data of NPI lots for customer report.
- Analyze data collected of NPI lots to ensure conformity, repeatability & stability.
- Participate in new value-added activities (eg. new material qualification, new tool qualification and etc..).
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma in any discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in wafer process is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, SPC, FMEA.
- People oriented, self-driven and good communication skills in both writing and speaking.
