Job Description:
- Responsible for the planning of campaign products, including marketing activities, precision marketing and other demand research, analysis of requirements, product design and other work.
- Responsible for the interface, function and flow design of the product, control the project progress and quality.
- Grasp the needs of target market users, the features of competing products, design and improve product functions and user experience.
- Cooperated with marketing, R&D and offshore teams to promote the projects’ progress.
- Pay attention to operational data, user survey and feedback, and optimize the product continuously.
- Ensure project requirements go live with quality and quantity and track product results.
- Regularly pay attention to and collect feedback on various functions of the product from the industry and customers to improve the efficiency of the product user experience and operation.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, experienced at least 3 years as an product manager.
- Good at logics and sense of operational data analysis. Ability to use tools to make informed, data-driven product decisions.
- Strong product sense and deep understanding of OTA industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, and have a strong willing to get work done.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and desire to explore new technology and solutions.
