Our Client, in the Construction Industry located in the West has opening for Sales & Marketing Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the contract sales initiatives for the organization
- Preparing sales quotations/proposals based on client’s requirements
- Monitoring upcoming and ongoing projects for participation
- Develop new customer base
- Identify and close contract sales opportunities
- Oversee the sales cycle (including issues on site) to ensure the attainment of company revenue and profit goal
- Follow up on situations that may arise from the projects that you are in-charge of
- Communicate with the logistic and operation departments on delivery and return schedule
- Ensure excellence in customer service, reliability and efficiency
- Achieve sales target
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Team builder and Customer-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office application
