Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement clear sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, offering technical advice on both existing and new products or systems.
- Support sales opportunities through presentations, calls, and customer visits, actively following up on identified needs.
- Ensure operational efficiency for customers by collaborating with the sales and operations teams.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
- Acquire new customer accounts.
- Assist in proposal preparation and manage quotation administration.
- Provide creative ideas to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in marketing, advertising, and promotional activities aligned with corporate and product strategies.
- Gather market information on demand, competition, and product developments.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts.
- Prepare weekly sales and contact reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering.
- Sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a Class 3 driving license (own transport preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality.
- Resourceful, proactive self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Performance-oriented and able to work independently while also being a team player.
