Overview
We are looking for meticulous and committed individuals to join the Finance department.
Responsibilities
- Group consolidation of accounts
- Prepare full set of company accounts under SAGE
- Supervise a small team
- Verify and ensure timely payments and collections with other departments
- Support Accounting Manager on maximising cash flow and investment directions
- Maintain audit schedules and reconciliation reports
- Maintain fixed assets / inventory register and reconcile with GL control
- Review and recommend SOPs and work procedures to comply with recommended practices
- Statistics submission and insurance renewal
- Provide administrative / coordinating support to Committees including minutes taking
- Tax, corporate secretariat and audit related functions
- Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- ACCA, Degree in Accountancy / Business, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant post-qualifying experience
- Previous exposure in audit firm(s) is advantageous
- Consolidation, proficient in Microsoft office, SAGE or accounting software skill
- Team supervising and multi-tasking skill
- Able to start work at short notice or immediately is advantageous
