This position reports to the director of TMO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. We are strongly positioned to build communities, strategise and collaborate with our partnering lifestyle brands to empower their stakeholders to achieve lifestyle freedom together.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will take responsibility for the sales activities, plan and analyze sales levels and profitability, also responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing strategies for the company, also assist in the development and implementation of business plan, sales strategy and marketing plan.
Individual to be involved in:
1. To oversee all marketing and sales activities
2. Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns
3. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
4. Ensure good customer experience and service standard
5.Stay up-to-date on current market trends
6. Any other ad-hoc jobs as assigned by the director.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1.Knowledge of sales and marketing to oversee all activities
2. Strategic planning and execution skills
3.Ability to develop and execute marketing intiatives
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
