The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Management:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping information.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Key sales orders and print collaterals for upcoming events
Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information.
- Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments, including managing calendars and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
