- Loading and unloading of baggage and Cargo
- Pallet builds up, Pallet Shrinkwrapping
- Writing of daily summary operations report
- Corresponding to clients on their requirements via email
- Using Scanners to scan baggage and cargo.
- Supervising service crew
- Able to work independently.
- Able to spot and rectify discrepancies immediately.
- Must have a valid Airfield Driving Permit.
- Able to work 12 hours shifts – Day, Night & Mid Night Shifts (2 am Morning)
- Encourage and compile compliments to meet the company’s Service Quality target.
- Vital activities, e.g., hotspot checks, trolley transfers, and porter services, are conducted daily.
- Ensure adequate manpower and resources (trolley services, lightweight machine operators, communication equipment) are available for proper functioning of the Terminal.
- Lead manpower and resource requirement planning for peak period(s) in assigned terminal.
- Conduct investigation on reported incidents/accidents, followed by implementing new processes and control measures (if applicable).
- Administer about 20-30 direct reports on the attendance, leave, discipline, and welfare of assigned terminal(s).
- Staff engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure all equipment allocated is well maintained in terms of serviceability and cleanliness.
- Build rapport and establish cordial working relationships with clients and airport business partners.
- Familiarity with Changi Airport terminal operations will be an added advantage.
- Project Management skills are an added advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree of Qualification
