Salary: UP to $2,300

Duration: 2 Jan 2024 to 31 May 2024 (5 months)

Work Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job responsibilities:

1. Support in Fixed Cost Management Activities

- Gather, Consolidate & Monitor Fixed Cost (including preparing & maintaining tracking sheets)

- Review department submission and clarify variance with department

- Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Fixed Cost movement

- Assist in the preparation of Annual & Mid-Long Term Budget Plan Preparation activities

- Assist in management reporting activities and other adhoc Fixed Cost related tasks

2. Support in Budget Control Activities

- Perform & manage SAP system budget control process (including budget transfer, budget release)

- Provide appropriate advice to Budget PICs relating to budget transfer, expenses charging and other budget control related matters

3. Support in Project Evaluation activities

- Review & Evaluate projects before submission for management approval

- Track project progress and compliance with company guidelines.

4. Filing and Administrative work is required

Job Requirements:

· Minimum ITE/Diploma cert in Business/Finance/Accounting (preferred)

· Good computer knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft excel), basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-starting, able to work independently and as a team and take ownership of assigned tasks

· Meticulous and who is able to take up challenges and additional responsibilities if needed

· Positive attitude, Willing to learn and attention to details

· Overtime may be required during peak period (e.g closing , budgeting, mid term plan or adhoc request)
