Job Description
- Oversee telecommunication services and associated assets to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Handle subscriptions for newspapers, magazines, online portals, TV, and related assets.
- Manage office sundries, stationery supplies, and office equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate the ordering of name cards and manage contact listings.
- Supervise first aid/AED equipment and training programs.
- Organize transportation and travel arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate catering services for both VIPs and staff.
- Manage the procurement system for item purchases.
- Handle visitor management and oversee room/facility bookings.
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires
- Oversee the resource booking system for optimal utilization.
- Displays / signage management
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min Diploma in any discipline
- Prior relevant experience in procurement or in the job scope would be an advantage
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm
- Tanjong Pagar MRT station
