The responsibilities for the Assistant Operations Manager are as follows: -

  • Assisting the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations work
  • Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services together with Operations Manager
  • Keep track of quality, transport cost and efficiency
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers aligning with Operations Manager
  • Supporting and supervising the operations staff in daily work
