Job Description
The responsibilities for the Assistant Operations Manager are as follows: -
- Assisting the Operations Manager in day-to-day operations work
- Planning and managing logistics, transportation and customer services together with Operations Manager
- Keep track of quality, transport cost and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers aligning with Operations Manager
- Supporting and supervising the operations staff in daily work
